It was sunny and 75 degrees today with a slight breeze. Perfect beach weather. I dipped my toes in the water and it was cool but not freezing. I finished the second book I brought with me, so I am fresh out of reading material and open to any suggestions.
A main street lined with shops and restaurants led up to the water, but they were all closed by the time I headed back at 3 o'clock. Luckily for me, I had the forethought to bring a bag of chouquettes with me on the trip.

What a great-looking beach... I'm going to try going to Cape May this weekend, but our weather here in NJ might not be the best.
ReplyDeleteI think you would like The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins :3 It's Young Adult Fiction, but I loved it!
No Jilly's fries and no mack and mango pizza...still falls a little short of ocean city, though I bet the water is much more immaculate.
ReplyDeleteMartha, i will look for The Hunger Games---thanks for the suggestion! have fun in Cape May!
ReplyDeleteChris---I'm booking the hotel if I can today---JILLY'S FRIES!
