
Yes, this is butter. Salted butter by Jean Yves Bordier, to be exact. You can actually see the flakes of salt in this amazingly fresh and creamy tasting butter. Chris and I ate it on a crusty sesame baguette from our destination for the day, La Grande Epicerie.

We had planned to go to the Picasso museum today and Ponzetto Gelato afterwards, but both were closed. Other than Ponzetto Gelato, I managed to visit all the pastry, chocolate and ice cream places on my (rather extensive) list! Just in time, too. Chris flies home tomorrow and I leave for Beziers Monday morning.
And on a sad note, the pastry shop with the NUTELLA BEIGNETS was closed today. CLOSED. A certain
